Ponch is one of the most dynamic speakers and more versatile educators we have. Whether he is teaching Dolly, Camera Crane, or rigging cars Ponch is there to inspire the next generation. He is seasoned with 30+ years in this industry and it definitely shows as he shares his Tricks of the Trade with the next generation.
"Pic" Mark Pickens
Mark’s been a dolly grip for 30+ years with many years working in the multi-cam world. That explains why he has a knack for throwing in humor help the students learn. Pic is passionate about connecting members with information and proper education. He has been a pivotable member to this team.
Ed Zaffina "EZ"
Ed Zaffina, not to be mistaken with the other EZ in the dolly world, has 40+ years in this business and loves to teach. This job takes a tole on you but Ed says he’d do it all over again. Ed clearly loves his job and it shows when he teaches, he always reminds his students to keep it simple and enjoy the process.
