Commercial Contract Summary

Attention Local 80. As of October 1^st, we are working under a new Commercial Contract with the AICP.

Working Conditions are applied as of 10/1/22.

All wage improvements will be applied 10/30/22

 

 

Raises

6% year 1 (effective 10/30/22)

4% year 2

4% year 3

 

New rates for the Grip Department (effective 10/30/22)

Key Grip = $58.41

2^nd Company Grip = $52.60

Dolly Grip = $54.47

Grip = $50.23

 

THERE SHOULD BE NO HOURLY WAGE BELOW 3^RD Grip rate (effective 10/1/22)

 

FIRST AID EMPLOYEES

 

Effective 10/30/22

Medic moves from $43.24/hour to $50.23/hour

 

CRAFTS SERVICE

Immediately Crafts Service move from $40.17/hour to $47.39/hour

Effective 10/30/22

Crafts Service moves from $40.17/hour to $50.23/hour

When there are more than 54 people on set, the Employer shall hire an additional Crafts Service Person.

 

MEAL PENALTIES

First half hour = $10

Second half hour = $12.50

Third half hour = $15

Fourth half hour = $20

Fifth and each succeeding half hour = $25

AFTER 20 MEAL PENALTIES IN A WORKWEEK,ONE HOUR OF PREVAILING RATE SHALL BE PAID FOR EACH ½ HOUR VIOLATION
