After speaking to many members about training in the local, there is a huge desire to create intra-local training for each craft. Construction and Rigging Grips will have the opportunity to be exposed to Production work and vice versa. Currently, there is a demand for Dolly grips. There are members coming out of retirement to fill calls for this skill. We are gearing up to prepare the next generation.
